Visiting this website#

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers and loads no scripts, fonts or other files from third parties. Nothing is stored in your browser either: light or dark mode simply follows your device setting.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit and your browser type. Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Economic Area; the safeguards of the GDPR apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I do not use this data to track or profile visitors.

Contact by email#

When you email me, I process the details you share yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message. I only use them to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to prepare and carry out the project.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or the performance of that contract. If the contact does not lead to a project, I delete your details no later than two years after our last contact. Details that become part of my business records, such as quotes and invoices, are kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.

I do not sell your details or share them with others, except with service providers I need to run my business (such as my email provider and accountant), and only as far as necessary.

Your rights#

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email bastiaan@nscw.nl . I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens .
